Stone country house + swimming pool and garden

We are Cécile and Alexandre and we offer our country house in Haut Forez for rent. This is a charming stone house in a small hamlet of only a few houses in Champoly. In the middle of nature, perfect house for a green getaway. Perfect for a simple stay, to meet up with family or friends, discover the region and rest. The space Country house, quiet, ideal for 10 people. Inside: - friendly kitchen and living room - 5 good-sized bedrooms so that everyone has their own space (4 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) - children's play area - office space available. - 1 bathroom with bath tub and shower + 1 extra bathroom with shower and sink. - 3 toilets (1 per floor) Outside, you will find something to enjoy the sweetness of life: alone, with family or friends, depending on your mood: - several terraces - Private pool - stone BBQ - petanque court - darts and ping pong table - outdoor equipment and furniture: tables, chairs, parasols, deckchairs, buoys... For children, equipment available: 1 child bed, 1 baby bed, high chair, bathtub, indoor and outdoor games... For older children, ping pong table, petanque balls, darts, and other games available... We share our house simply, not everything is perfect, there are sometimes small animals, but we are committed to making it the most pleasant to live in, keeping its identity and the charm of the countryside. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €90 is to be paid directly on site. Bed linens and towels are optional, to be arranged before your arrival for €10 per bed (i.e., €50). Pool open from the end of May to the end of September depending on the weather. New for 2025 - 2026: - Adding a wooden deck above the bocce court, ideal for aperitifs at sunset. - Adding a 2nd fridge available - Total renovation of the pool with terrace around - different equipment dishes, furniture, bedding: pillow changes - Addition of another lit terrace next to the pétanque court We take into account feedback from our tenants to optimize as needed.
