Situated between Ostend Village and beautiful Palm Beach, it’s an easy spot to enjoy the island from. Waiheke’s main shops and the weekend market are just a 2 minute drive/10 minute stroll away, or take a 20 minute walk to stunning Palm Beach. The bus stop is at the end of the road making it perfect for visiting wineries too! Good off street parking, with enough room to park 4 vehicles. The space Charming island villa featuring original native timber floors and panelling. An expansive verandah sweeps across the front of the house, with a dining table to seat 10 people - perfect for entertaining! Ideal for sleeping up to 6 adults and 2 children: there are two queen bedrooms upstairs, a separate lounge downstairs with daybed that folds into a full queen, and a separate office to the side of the verandah that has a bunk bed to sleep 2 children. Note- the staircase may not suit elderly people or small children. Entrance to the house is via steps up to the front verandah. Linen is included in the cleaning fee. Please bring extra towels for the beach. Off street parking is available in front of the cottage for up to 4 vehicles. Guest access All areas except the garage
