Our neighborhood, Landers, is situated just a few miles north of JT & is perfectly picturesque with hundreds of miles of unobscured views lined with countless Joshua Trees. Catch a glimpse of the Milky Way & enjoy dark sky nights with no light pollution. The sunsets are spectacular, but even better are the sunrises that make our living room glow. There is ample space for parking, including 4 spots (if you park tandem) to the right of the house and 3 - 4 spots in the semi-circle driveway. Please note: there are no shaded parking areas, so please consider bringing the necessary car shades to keep your interior cool. I have 4 exterior cameras - one on each side of the house. They are always on and I can access visibility through my phone. It is required by Airbnb that I provide this notice. Other things to note We have some cacti, a Joshua tree, and yucca’s on our land. The desert vegetation is beautiful, but if you plan on exploring, bring some sneakers to protect your toes. Our fence gets hot in the summer. Please do not touch the panels in the hotter months. You absolutely must let us know if a pet (or pets) will be joining you. There is a required pet fee, plus a deposit of $250. There is also an important list of pet rules that you need to understand and sign off on (Airbnb app-text conversation) before having your furry friend join you. LIABILITY WAIVER: By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that exploring, hiking, and climbing anywhere on the property is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with hiking, exploring, and/or climbing.
