The space The studio, located in the city center, is 25 m2. It is perfect for hosting a couple. Everything is provided for the comfort of 2 people. There is a double bed (murphy bed) with a very good new high-quality mattress. However, it is possible to accommodate up to 4 people (in more camping mode). It is also equipped with a fold-away bed with 2 bunk beds (more suitable for children). The studio has been renovated and has all the comforts: washing machine, air conditioning (from May to September or in case of high heat the other months), TV and internet, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, bed sheets and bath towels, soap and shampoo... Not accessible/suitable for people with reduced mobility. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio, with its shower room and kitchenette. The studio is on the 4th floor (with beautiful sea views) and is accessible by elevator. Check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm. For any check-in outside these hours, please ask me for approval beforehand (I do not live in Cannes). For any check-in between 8pm and 10pm, an additional €20 will be requested. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller, car seat or folding bed delivered directly to the apartment, airport or SNCF train station, thanks to "Baby On A Trip" to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. A kit of linens and bath towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you want an extra kit, it will be charged €20. .
