It's a tiny room and is our best seller for solo back pack travelers who want Air conditioning and a private bathroom. Couples can also stay here if they don't mind getting cozy, but be warned -- travel light. Guest access You and other guest will have access to the entire yard which includes a shared kitchen and dining area. There's also a back gate giving you water access to the ocean, using our kayaks. Our kayak and bikes are first come first serve, but free to all our guests. Other things to note All rooms are private, but the yard is for all guest to enjoy. You may choose to mingle or keep to yourselves. Both can be done at our Sea N Sun Guesthouse.
