Mountain chalet with two barns and a garden

In the listed hamlet of Chambéranger (commune of Planay), 10 minutes by car from Champagny and Pralognan, 15 minutes from Bozel and 40 minutes from Courchevel and Méribel, chalet with two barns (approximately 200m2 in total) and a fully fenced and private garden, not overlooked and without close neighbors, and with a magnificent view of the mountain! Privileged location at 1250m altitude for skiing in winter and for hiking or cycling the rest of the year. Lots of good times to come! The space The chalet includes on the ground floor: entrance, laundry room with toilet, kitchen-dining room of 17m2, living room or bedroom of 14m2 with a convertible bed, cellar; and upstairs: hallway, a bedroom of 11m2 with a queen size bed and a chest of drawers, another bedroom of 15 m2 with a queen size bed, a desk and a chest of drawers, toilet, cupboard and bathroom with bathtub, shower and a balcony. Pretty, completely private and fenced garden with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue. Unheated barn of 85m2 on two levels, with a billiard table, tables, chairs and other furniture, and upstairs a battery and a balcony. Access also to the ground floor of the second barn, used as ski storage and storage of food and household products. Guest access Travelers have access to all the parts described above, namely the chalet, the two barns, the garden and the garage. Only the cellar of the barn on the left and the 1st floor of the barn on the right will be inaccessible, because we are keeping them as storage areas. Other things to note The 3 beds all measure 160x200 and linen is not provided. So remember to bring your sheets, 65x65 pillowcases, towels and tea towels. However, we provide pillows, mattress pads and duvets. For shopping you have to go to Bozel, Champagny or Pralognan, 10/15 minutes by car. A baby bed is at your disposal in the first bedroom on the 1st floor.
