We are located 2 miles from Rosemary and 1 mile from Alys and 1.5 miles from The Chill Spot. Seagrove and Seaside are 4- 6 miles. We love our location because of the privacy and quiet, but also being able to get to restaurants and the events on 30A easily. This coastal retreat is designed for comfort, style, and effortless gathering. Thoughtfully appointed and beautifully maintained, this home offers multiple living spaces, a chef-inspired kitchen, and amenities that make every space feel elevated. The kitchen features a 6-burner professional grade stove, spacious countertops, and everything you need to prepare a meal at home. A walk-in pantry keeps the kitchen clutter free and houses additional appliances, cookware, and generous storage for groceries and drinks. This home was designed with groups in mind, offering room for everyone to relax, play and unwind. Living Areas The main living space overlooks the saltwater pool and secluded, tree-lined backyard. Cozy seating and 75" TV make this a perfect area for morning coffee, watching the big games, and unwinding at night. The front living area is the perfect place for morning quiet time. At night use the game table for cards or a family game night. Lots of games and cards are provided. Upstairs is an area designed for younger kids. There is a large smart TV with a gaming system and plenty of room to spread out...giving kids their own retreat while the adults enjoy theirs. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor Primary King Suite and Private Spa-like Bathroom 1st Floor Queen Bedroom with shared bathroom 1st Floor Bunk Room with Twin over Twin, each bunk is equipped with its own reading light and USB charging port. Shares a bathroom with the queen room. 2nd Floor King Bedroom with Private Bathroom 2nd Floor Queen Bedroom with Private Bathroom All Bedrooms and 2 of the living spaces are equipped with smart TVS, giving everyone their own space to unwind. The outdoor area is truly the heart of the home - a private and peaceful oasis designed for relaxation and play. A beautiful heated salt-water pool is surrounded by a 6-ft privacy fence and trees. A spacious fenced yard gives your kids a place to play safely. There is an outdoor dining table for 8, which is perfect for outdoor meals. Four comfortable lounge chairs are the perfect place for sunbathing or afternoon reading. Additional furnishings around the pool and under the covered porch are ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Having this outdoor space to come back to after a day at the beach, is what we feel is the best part of our home. We have stocked the home with everything you need for effortless days on the sand. You'll find 8 beach chars and 2 umbrellas ready for your use. We also have toys and boogies board, plus a beach wagon to make the short walk to the access point easy and stress-free. Enjoy exploring 30A with the 6 bikes that are available for guest use - 3 mens and 3 womens. Perfect for a morning ride to Alys or Rosemary Beach. Guest access All parts of the home with the exception of the owners closet will be accessible. There will be a second fridge and work out equipment in the garage available for your use. Other things to note The pool can be heated for $40 a day.
