This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom is perfect for any holiday or stay, with the beach only minutes away. Located a small stroll from restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, it's the place you can truly relax and enjoy. The space The space is natural in tone and provides a good indoor-outdoor flow to a private backyard. Unwind after a busy day with a infrared full spectrum sauna. With the Mangatawa hills in the west, behind the property, the house is a great spot for relaxing while the sun sets. You will be greeted by our local Tui's, all the while sitting on the couch to watch the world go by. Perfect for young family's, friends and groups. Depending on the season, there is a veggie garden for your use out the back and down the side of the house. Please help yourself and use what you want within reason. Guest access Our home has a fully self-contained unit located at the front of the property. You will access the property using the same driveway only. The washing machine is accessible in the lean-to at the side of the house accessible via a locked gate. Pin numbers and house info are in the guest book. We will message you the keypad password to enter the house. Other things to note If our plants are looking sad and it's been a few dry days, feel free to water them ☺️
