Holiday home in Karikari Peninsula

This lovely two bedroom house, is only a 3 minute walk to Tokerau beach . Its modern and has all the home comforts, which includes a separate lounge, a fully equipped kitchen/bathroom, deck, BBQ ,TV ( Freeview), and there are two fridge freezers. The sleepout is lined and has two double beds for extra guests. There is a carvan onsite for kids ( sleeps 3). The surrounding area is close to the iconic Matai bay, Puheke ( surf beach), Rangiputa, and the Carrington Winery and Golf Course. The space A 2 bedroom house, a deck with 2 picnic tables... a sleepout with 2 double beds, a caravan that sleeps 3, plenty of parking for boat, and cars. Other things to note We are pet friendly, there is an old dog kennel next to the house, no animals inside the house please. Or an extra cleaning fee will apply. However the property is not fully fenced off. We don't mind smoking as long as it's outside.
