Nature Escape Villa: Jacuzzi, BBQ, Karaoke in SBMA

Welcome to Nature Escape villa Jacuzzi . We have five attractions in our Villa (1) SPACIOUS 3-bedroom house over 250 SQM floor space with high ceiling and with spacious front yard and back yard (2) LUXURIOUS and PEACEFUL- Unit A is just like an Art Museum with Garden. You will enjoy relaxing bath time in the Jacuzzi of Master Bedroom. (3) You can enjoy OUTDOOR DINING on our Back Yard (4) Karaoke, PS4 ,board games, uno card and more (5) 2 FAST WIFI in the entire Villa The space After passing through the front yard, you'll be welcomed by a tall, elegant double-door entrance On the first floor, we have Living, Dining and Kitchen. The wall of our high ceiling Living room is decorated with Original sized reproductions of Chagall, Picasso and Matisse. We display antique Imari big plates in the show case. You will also enjoy Smart TV or stereo sound in our Living room together with the view from the windows. In our dining room, we have an 8-seater table with 8 chairs and show case decorated with antique plates and figures. Our spacious Kitchen with an island has USA made stove and oven, equipped with kettle, rice cooker, a selection of pots and cast-iron pan, set of plates and wine glasses. On the second floor, is a Gallery with balcony where you will enjoy the original size reproductions of Matisse and view. Next to the Gallery, is a master bedroom with King size bed, Sofa, smart TV and balcony with outdoor table and two chairs. Own spacious dressing room and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The Second master bedroom has its own Queen size Bed, balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a third bedroom with Queen size Bed with a common CR and Shower room facing to our Living room on the second floor. Guest access The guest can access to The garden, where the guests can enjoy barbeque. (We provide BBQ grill, table and chairs) We provide extra beds with comforter, pillows and sheets or open another villa to accommodate large number of guest Nearest convince store is 1 minute drive Grocery store is 5 minutes (royal and puregold) Nearest pool is in a resort 1 minute drive Other things to note Nature Escape Villa is located in Kalayaan SBMA. About the safety of the place there's a security guards patrolling 24 hrs in the area. We also have caretakers outside the house and can help. Occasionally, monkeys may pass through the trees , adorable and wild! Please admire from a distance and do not feed them. Friendly stray cats may greet you, they’re harmless and often chill nearby.
