Recanto is a family environment, a simple, cozy and pet-friendly space The space is totally exclusive to guests Quiet place to rest next to nature in one of the best neighborhoods in the city We are next to the event center, 800m from downtown and 20 min from the Thermal Baths The space 🔆IMPORTANT: FAMILY ENVIRONMENT FOR REST. 🔆 We live next door and take care of our well-being and that of our neighbors. No mess, use of narcotics, loud noise, foul music, topless, etc. If you don't agree, our space is not for you. The house has 1 bedroom, ideal to comfortably accommodate 5 people (1 double bed and 3 single beds). However, after several requests, we have made available 2 more single mattresses that can be accommodated in the living room, serving two more people. All rooms have a fan. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove 2 mouths, microwave, blender, general utensils and barbecue grill. Land surrounded by children and pets can play at will. Guest access ONLY IN CASES OF URGENCY, the pool may be closed from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day to be treated with products, cleaning and vacuuming. Other things to note 🚫 No tea parties. 🚫 No visitors beyond the number of people listed on the reservation without prior notice. The cleaning fee charged is for that you find the environment always clean and sanitized, in addition to covering expenses with the maintenance of the pool. We count on your cooperation to leave the environment reasonably clean, without garbage. Pillows are available. We do not provide bedding, blankets and towels. Only small, docile dogs are allowed on the premises, but this must be informed at the time of booking, along with the number of guests, as a fee is charged for the pet's stay. It is not allowed to bring the animal by "surprise". PET ACCESS IS NOT ALLOWED TO POOL!!! We do not accept cats. Please do not smoke inside the house. In the case of a request to make the schedules more flexible, an additional half-day rate will be charged, since the process changes the neighboring daily rates.
