Recanto is a simple space, cozy and pet friendly Quiet location for rest next to nature in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. We are located between the hotels Colina verde and Sao João, 800m from downtown, next to the events center and 20 min from Thermas Check-In as of 6 pm Check out by 4pm Area with barbecue, swimming pool and shower space for 2 cars The space The property is simple and cozy. We care for cleanliness and organization. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 3 single beds and 2 single mats, accommodating up to 7 people. 1 bathroom, 1 small living room with 32" smart TV and sofa. All rooms have fans. Outdoor kitchen with fridge, stove 2 mouths, microwave, blender, general utensils and barbecue grill. Land surrounded by children and pets can play at will. Guest access If necessary, the pool will be closed from 10 p.m. until 10 a.m. the next day to be treated with chemicals, cleaning and vacuuming. Other things to note *no tea revelation. The cleaning fee charged is so that you always find the environment clean and sanitized, in addition to covering expenses with pool maintenance. We have your cooperation to leave the environment clean, without garbage, just as it was found at the check-in. Pillows are available. We do not provide bedding, blankets and towels. Forbidden to bring visitors in addition to that reported in the reservation!!!
