Upscale - Riverview - Resort amenities Relax in nature in this cozy, immaculate upstairs Penthouse with screened porch a beautiful White River view. The space This upscale two bedroom penthouse is located up a single set of exterior stairs above our office. The roomy and open living room/dining/kitchen area has cathedral ceilings, plenty of natural light with windows and one of two large sliders that open to an oversize screened porch with an impressive through the trees view of lower lawn and White River. The master bedroom has the second slider access to the screened porch. Both bedrooms are oversized with plenty of closet space and two king beds. However, both king beds can be split to make two twins per bedroom. The master bedroom also has a full sized futon. The master bathroom has an over-sized tub with jacuzzi jets and twin vanities. The kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances, pots/panes and alp kitchen wares. There is a dedicated charcoal grill at the base of the stairs. Guest access Rainbow Drive’s Pent house is situated on the small hillside above our office and only a short walk down hill to the lower lawn area that boasts two shared fire-pit areas, two hammocks, ample bank fishing spots nestled between the dock and the ramp where AGFC stocks trout 1-2 times per week. The children's wooden playground set is only 40 feet away. The private screened porch is perfect for glimpsing the river, as well as watching birds, squirrels and many other woodland creatures. Because the resort is at the end of the lane and not on the highway, there is little through traffic which allows you to enjoy nature and quiet serenity. Our guests often remark that even during busy periods, they do not feel crowded by other visitors as there is so much green space and room to spread out. Other things to note The penthouse has three dedicated parking spots . If you have brought a boat and trailer to please talk to the office for the best place to park these as they are longer and can obstruct resort traffic flow. We do have a safe place for your boat trailer that can be seen from your kitchen window. Additionally, while we do have a ramp, it is not insured for customer boat launching. However, Wild Cat Shoals Public Access is only one mile up the road. You may tie your private boat off at our dock during the day for breaks, but please talk to our office about overnight tie off possibility and associated fees.
