From the apartment to the center of Roquetas de Mar, it will take about 20 minutes by car. The apartment is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy the Almeria beach without having to worry about having to take the car. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The house has air conditioning and heating through a Split type air conditioning unit with a heat pump in the main room. In addition, in the area of ​​the double bed there is a ceiling fan. Hot water is provided by an electric water heater of 50 liters: it is important to know that it can run out and then, there is a waiting time for it to fill it again. In addition, there is access to a COMMUNITY pool open from 06/01 to 09/30, with hours from 11:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00. There is no lifeguard, so minors must be accompanied. If you come by car, you can park on the street for free but it may be difficult to find a place.
