Unit comes with everything you'd want as you find yourself away from home, including laundry in unit! note parking for one sedan sized car (space is 11ft long by 8ft wide); if you have a truck or SUV, it may not fit. Other things to note There are 2 large homes on the lot, plus this smaller 1bedroom. I live in the one in the rear. the front house is also airbnb'ed and you may often see new visitors. please only park on your designated space; and don't block the driveway.
