Small house in MD, 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, Wi-Fi, parking

The cottage offers space for 4 people, on about 75 m² of living space. On the ground floor (45 m²) there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed), a guest toilet, the hallway and the kitchen. On the upper floor (30 sqm): living room, bathroom with shower + bedroom. Fresh linens and towels are of course inclusive. What else? Free WiFi, Smart TV incl. DisneyPlus, safe parking spaces and - if the weather plays along - a seating area in the green. The space The front house was renovated in summer and fall 2022, i.e. the rooms all have new floors, are freshly painted and new windows have also been installed on the first floor. From the outside it still needs to be spruced up - the rooms or the living space inside was more important to us at first. The house is not very large, but it is ideal for 2-4 guests, because everyone has their own bed and as already mentioned there are three bedrooms: two single and one double room. The living room on the upper floor and the kitchen on the first floor are also perfect for 3 guests: In the evening, either the seating in the green or the smart TV with DisneyPlus are calling. Whether indoors or outdoors, the after-work beer tastes good everywhere. You will find the Wi-Fi key in the house. By the way: The most exciting thing about the house is the staircase, which takes you from the first floor to the upper floor. After using the stairs 2-3 times, routine spreads and then it may not be so exciting anymore. Whether you are traveling as a family travel group or as a fitter team, there are enough parking spaces in the field road. Guest access We bought a key safe because it makes it much easier to hand over the keys and check-in. Where is the "safe"? This is located behind the anthracite-colored courtyard door. When you come in to the courtyard door, you can already see the small box on the wall. What is the pin like? You will receive it 24 hours before your arrival.
