We wash everything, including the comforters (coverlet) after each stay. *The condo complex is an older building, like most around here. The building is not fancy or Miami chic but it is the PERFECT LOCATION if you want to enjoy our fun little downtown, restaurants, bars, and of course a beautiful beach at your doorstep! *there is a rollaway foldout single guest bed for a 5th guest. it's ideal for a child or a smaller adult. we can set up for you in main bedroom or in the living room, please let us know if you need it set up
