Sparky's, 2 Bedroom Cottage

Sparky's Place is a lake access cottage with a view of Elk Mountain Ski resort, (8.8 miles to resort); composed with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full open kitchen with counter seating and family room. A washer/dryer, and finished basement with a pool table, 50" TV and 2 large recliners. Kitchen table is available in the finished basement. Fire pit, picnic table, yard furniture and a Weber charcoal grill is provided. Fire wood /charcoal is provided at no extra cost. Garage not included The space The lake is at the bottom of the driveway. Private dock with rowboat is provided. You are welcome to swim and utilize the row boat or kayaks. If you wish to fish you will need to provide a current PA fishing license. No firearms or fireworks. Guest access Access through front door. Garage not included
