We are located very private corner(you won't see the neighbor) but yet have convenience of being close by Haliburton Village in 5-7min drive. Our waterfront cottage is a year-round retreat for friends and family looking for a luxurious and serene getaway from the city. The gentle and curious deer that wander the property are welcome interruptions to the scenic views. Deers Haven water front is mini lake that is bigger than 2× Soccer field and it is 30ft deep so you can enjoy fishing,swimming if the weather permit. We are the only property front of water and has our own dock that leads you to water. A large fully equipped kitchen and eating area is the perfect place to prepare meals for your stay also there is commercial grade Napoleon BBQ on deck to enjoy BBQ year round. There are comfortable seating areas with beautiful views of water and surrounding forest. Our livingroom has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a spectacular view of the water to be enjoyed while enjoying an early morning coffee, afternoon snacks, or a late-night drink. For any type of weather, guests can still enjoy the outdoors with as the sun sets against an incredible backdrop. The living room fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for a family/friends gathering to play board games or snuggle together on the sofa for a quiet movie night. Guests are invited to leisurely paddle across the water in our canoe/paddle board. The cottage has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for your convenience any time of the year. The cathedral ceilings create the airy, spacious feel of your home away from home. Large windows bathe the cottage with sunlight during the day and provide unobstructed views for star gazing in the late evening. We have a deck area with a fire pit perfect for cool, relaxing evenings warming up next to our fire pit. Deer Haven is the private cottage getaway you hoped to find in Haliburton.
