We want you to arrive, unpack, and enjoy so we have the home provisioned just as we’d want it when traveling. Just bring your clothes and food! LIVING SPACES With a large living room, there’s plenty of room to spread out and find your favorite spot! The spacious gathering space comes furnished with a large area rug atop luxury tile floors, creating a cozy seating area. Sink into our thick, plush seating group with plenty of convenient tables for drinks and snacks. You’ll love the big TV, with fast WiFi for streaming (bring your own passwords) and cable. This room is also perfect for enjoying family conversation time, playing a game, or even grabbing a few minutes alone to read a book or catch up on social media. HOBBY ROOM/OFFICE There is a dedicated hobby room or office. It comes with a complete workstation is perfect from remote workers or those who just need to check in with the office. It has a a door for privacy or quiet. It is a nice place to use a computer or read a book. There is also tons of storage in this room for your longer stays to put your supplies. KITCHEN AND DINING Our spacious kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for even your most challenging recipes. With plenty of cabinets for all your goodies and groceries, and lots of counter food prep space, you’ll be whipping up the family’s favorites in no time! Our coffee bar comes complete with a 12-cup coffee maker, coffee, tea, and all the condiments to get you going in the morning. DINING The dining room is found just outside of the kitchen and offers seating for 8. It’s time to bring back the tradition of family dinner, to discuss the day’s activities, make the next day’s plans for more fun, and create lasting family memories. BEDROOMS AND BATHS Both bedrooms feature large TVs, with fast WiFi for streaming (bring your own password) and cable, so everyone can tune in to their favorite late-night host. The primary bedroom is huge and offers a king size bed, with dual nightstands and lamps, a ceiling fan and two luggage racks. The decadent ensuite bath offers a sink and a luxurious walk-in shower. You’ll look forward to returning home after a day exploring the area, and relaxing in a warm bath, perhaps with a soothing lavender bath bomb to calm and rejuvenate. The Western themed bedrooms will have you clamoring for a return to the Wild West, to hitch your horse up to the post, and have a drink at the local saloon. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand and lamp, and ceiling fan. In the hallway there is a full hall bath, with tub/shower, and a spacious vanity for all your things. It has a bright solar light to keep the bathroom bright. Each of our bathrooms feature all the amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryers. Speaking of fewer things to pack, we also offer a full-size washer and dryer, because no one wants to spend even one minute of vacation at a laundromat. Laundry soap is also provided. OUTDOOR AMENITIES Make sure to spend some time outside in this completely fenced backyard. There is a seating area for coffee in the morning. You can also have a good ol’ fashioned barbecue with the provided grill and then enjoy that meal at the al fresco dining table. When the evenings turn cool, light a fire in the fire pit and sit around roasting marshmallows and telling ghost stories. This home is in a 55 and over community. All guests must be 55 years or older. You will experience tranquility in this lovely recently renovated home. Home is themed for country living. The privacy fenced backyard is perfect for grilling up dinner, dining alfresco, and then roasting marshmallows and making s’mores in the fire pit. Each bedroom has a big TV w/fast WiFi and cable. We spoil our guests with soft sheets, fluffy towels & a convenient washer/dryer. Guest access The entire home is for your group. The private space and private backyard adds to the privacy.
