Come relax in this space any season of the year. There is a dock for guests to enjoy the view. Life jackets, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards available for use. Swim towels provided 2 sets of snowshoes available for winter exploring. Ice plunges also available during cold season. Harper mountain ski hill 10 min away and down hill mountain bike trails and hiking trails with in walking distance The space The property has two parking spaces for guests. There is an out door picnic table and bbq for guests as well as a fire pit unless fire bans apply. In that case there’s a propane fire pit available with one tank included with your stay. Smoking permitted on premises outside only. The suite has one bedroom with a queen bed and tv and a queen sleeper couch in living room space. There is a memory foam roll out to add comfort. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking oils, spices and condiments. The bathroom is provided with shampoo, conditioner body wash and handmade soap made by me with pure essential oils and all made with mother earths goodness.There is one cat 🐱 that roam the property and is extremely social. If this doesn’t appeal to you this may not be the place for you. The view is outstanding with a peaceful vibe. You’ll see me out watering my plants and gardens other than that your privacy is important and will be respected. Guest access The whole basement suite and the front fire pit area and a large dock by the water. The dock with the motor is not for use. If the homeowners are not using it you’re welcome to lounge on it but it must remain attached and stationary. Thank you. 😊 Other things to note PLEASE READ‼️The homeowners have a hot tub on upper deck above the suite . It makes a humming sound when heating up. Some guests have asked us to unplug it and we won’t be doing that anymore. If you think this may be a bother this listing may not be for you. Just a reminder that the host and family live upstairs. There will be foot steps and general sounds from kitchen when cooking and possibly doing laundry occasionally. It’s 3 adults living upstairs. We live a generally quiet existence so no major disturbance or noise but some minimal sounds should be expected. There is one cat 🐈‍⬛ that lives on the property. She is social and chatty and wanders all areas of the property. She is not allowed in the suite. If this doesn’t appeal to you this location may not be suited to you. * Note there is no cell service once you head up Paul Lake Rd.
