Slopeside Mod is a completely renovated TRUE ski-in ski-out condo in beautiful Breckenridge. Leave your car in the free parking out front and walk everywhere! Peak 9 and the Quicksilver lift are directly out the back door. Dozens of restaurants and shops are a block away! There are hot tubs and a heated pool directly across the street at the Upper Village Pools plus a brand new beautiful huge in-ground hot tub that is being added behind the building that will open on 12/6! The space Slopeside Mod includes 1 bedroom with a King sized Sleep Number bed. In addition to the bedroom, there are two rollaway twin beds in the living room. These are high quality and comfortable memory foam beds that are actually comfortable for adults! The living room is furnished with CB2 and West Elm furnishings and a big 70” Samsung Frame TV with cable and smart apps. There is a brand new gas fireplace in the corner of the living room. The electric baseboard heaters heat the place up well, but it’s nice to have a fireplace in the mountains for ambiance. The kitchen at Slopeside is 100% renovated with new appliances, pots and pans, crock pot, utensils, and anything you need to cook a meal. Finishing off the kitchen is the fully stocked coffee station. Included are both Nespresso and Keurig machines with plenty of pods, tea, sugar, creamer, etc. No need to run to the grocery store to get coffee supplies! The bathroom is fully renovated as well and includes a Kohler deep soaking tub and shower. Off of the bedroom and living room is the covered balcony. The balcony has an electric grill (all that we’re allowed to have with fire danger, but it works well!) a fold-out dining table and a couple of extra chairs. It’s a beautiful area to sit and take in the view. Laundry is located on floors 2 and 4 in the elevator lobby area. They are pay machines that take electronic payment. The condo is small but super efficient. I stay with my 17 year old twins often, and we function just fine in the space and just fold the beds up during the day. Guest access Guests will have access to the condo in its entirety. Other things to note The upper village pools and hot tubs will be closed for the offseason from 9/14-11/21
