Come enjoy this beautiful, perfectly located townhouse! Located about 100 yards from the beach, with views of the beach and bay from the decks, it's an ideal location to truly relax and enjoy Anna Maria Island! Directly across from the heated pool, hot tub and BBQ grill, this is the perfect spot for families and those who want to walk to everything. Great food, drinks, live music and shopping are a short stroll away and historic Bridge Street, “The Anna Maria Hotspot”, is a quick 15 minute walk. The townhouse is located approximately 100 yards from the beach, has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The first level consists of a large two car garage, with beach gear and fishing poles for your use. The garage opens to a back porch with a shower for rinsing off after coming back from the beach (about 1 min away) and we have a hose out front if you just want to rinse off your feet and legs. The second floor contains a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and a combo Keurig-type coffee maker. Open to the kitchen is the living room with a large deck that overlooks the pool with views of both the gulf and the bay. The living room also contains a queen size sofa sleeper and big screen TV. At the other side of the townhouse is a dining area that seats six adults and has a smaller, private deck. Off the dining area is a hallway with a washer and dryer and half bathroom. All three bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a shower and a deck with views of the pool, gulf and bay. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with a gulf view, while the second guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. All rooms have Roku TVs with YouTube TV (cable) subscriptions. Although the entire complex is great, we particularly love our unit because of the four decks and the views of the pool, bay and gulf. It's especially wonderful to relax on the main deck while watching your kids play in the pool below. We're also away from the road, so it's much quieter than the other units. Finally, a beautiful boardwalk to the bay is just 20ft or so from our front door. --- One our favorite things about the location are the great restaurants, bars, shops, live music, activities and night life all within walking distance. You can call or text us at any time. We live an hour away, so can stop by if you need anything. We also employ a property manager who is located on the island and available 24/7. The island of Anna Maria is truly unique, as large condominium complexes are not permitted. This means life moves a little slower, things are less crowded and people are just generally more friendly. The “old Florida” town of Bradenton Beach is a perfect example of this relaxed lifestyle, yet also boasts the island's most energetic and exciting location in the downtown area known as Bridge Street. Incredible beaches line the entirety of Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach is absolutely beautiful. Where this area really shines, however, is in the great restaurants, bars, shops, live music, activities and night life nearby. The Gulf Dr Cafe, serving great food, drinks and live music on the beach is located less than 5 minutes away. Great Mexican food at Wicked Cantina (and more live music) is right across the street, and the fine beachside dining at the Beach House is less than a 15 minute walk away. A block from there is “Anna Maria’s Hotspot”, Bridge Street with almost everything you could want, including miniature golf, a large pier and a marina. As Anna Maria life moves just a bit slower, many people rent golf carts or bikes to get around the island and avoid the traffic. Another great option is the free Anna Maria Trolley (runs every 20 minutes from 6AM-10:30PM). Both north and south stops are just a 2 minute walk from the townhouse. Finally, the free Monkey Bus (tips encouraged) is another great option (noon-3AM) to get around the island without having to find a parking spot.
