The space The Manor on Valle Vista is a one-of-a-kind Scottsdale estate! With over 10,000 square feet of living space and three separate houses, you’ll enjoy your own private resort-style retreat. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and style for every guest. The main house includes four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a yoga/workout room, two wet bars, a 16-person conference-style dining table, chef’s kitchen, poker table, and a movie room (candy provided!). The private, detached upper guest house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, two queen-sized pull-out sofas, wet bar, Xbox, foosball table, board games, and classic arcade stations with over 400 games. The private, detached lower guest house includes the Cloud Room, which offers a full kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with dual rain showers, a library/movie room, and a queen-sized pull-out sofa. GUEST VERIFICATION We use a trusted and confidential third-party service to verify the identity of the primary reservation holder and check criminal databases before the reservation is confirmed. After booking, you will receive a message with the link to complete the quick and easy verification process. PETS We charge $250 per pet, 2 pets max. POOL HEAT There is no charge to heat the spa. Pool heat is $250 per day. PARTIES AND EVENTS Parties and events are not allowed. SECURITY The home has exterior cameras monitoring the residence for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld. Cameras are located at the main guest entry points and backyard. Please understand that this surveillance is for the safety and protection of our guests as well as the property owner.
