You’ll have private access to the entire apartment. You’re close to various amenities, including fine dining at the Brick and Fire Bistro just minutes away, and Old Town Eureka or Henderson Center for shopping and additional dining options within a five minute drive. Just a few minutes away are local attractions including the Sequoia Park Zoo, the Arcata Community Forest, Old Town Eureka featuring beautiful Victorian architecture, and of course the Redwoods are always close by. For traveling medical professionals, we are located five minutes from St. Joseph’s Hospital and fifteen minutes from Mad River and Redwood Memorial Hospitals. Humboldt State University is just a fifteen minute drive north on 101. Guest access You can use the entire apartment. The parking area directly in front of the unit is covered for weather protection and has room for you to park one car. We have other guests at the property using the other spaces. Parking additional vehicles on the street is via permit, which we can provide as necessary. Other things to note Please remember that we do allow pets to stay here. This occasionally leads to some odors and smells that might remain from other guests bringing their pets. We do our absolute best to eliminate such odors between guests but that is not always successful. Please forgive us this small price to pay to allow you and everyone else to travel with their pets!
