In order to spend a pleasant holiday in the mountains, we offer this very charming apartment enjoying a magnificent location 150 m from the slopes and shops. The space Accommodation located on the 1st floor with elevator of a beautiful residence secured via code at the entrance, with heated pool (open from December to March and from July to August) and laundry on the ground floor. Secure ski room with closed locker available. In the apartment: - very bright living room with double sofa bed (140 x 190) very comfortable and plenty of storage, - fully equipped kitchen/dining area (toaster, raclette, fondue, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher...), - cabin with bunk bed (80x190) and a large closet, - very functional bathroom, - large terrace not overlooked facing south with superb views of the Pyrenean mountains. Free parking in front of the residence with many spaces. Easy access to the resort's many entertainment areas: - tennis, - skate park, - ping pong tables, - swimming pool, - mini-golf, - children's playground, - climbing wall, - picnic tables... Very quiet, ideal for couples with children. Partnership with a ski equipment rental company at the foot of the slopes (discount on rental, equipment storage offered). Other things to note Wi-Fi terminals are present in the residence: - 1 device: €5 for 1 day, €9 for 3 days, €16 for 1 week. - 3 devices: €15 for 3 days, €27 for 1 week. For smokers, the terrace is at your disposal, please do not smoke in the apartment. Remember to bring your own linens and toiletries. We ask all guests (even those present for a single night) to think about those who will succeed them, and therefore to clean before they leave.
