With a separate entrance, comfy king bed, tv(with streaming services), a brand new kitchenette, and soaking tub you might just find yourself relaxed and refreshed. The space also has a desk and sofa bed that sleeps 1 adult or 2 kids. In East Atlanta, we’re Inside the perimeter, very close to Emory University/Hospital, CDC, restaurants /shopping, and I-85 /I-20 for you commuters. The space The property is in a quiet area on a corner lot. This is a newly converted private guest suite located in the basement of our home. There’s been attention to detail to give you a warm and comfortable experience. On the garden side of the house, you will be able to park and enter via the lit path that will lead you to your hideaway. The open space is well lit with a living area and sleeper sofa that can sleep 1 adult or 2 children, a tv, and a kitchenette area stocked with goodies. The bedroom has a desk, tv, and comfortable king bed. Then there’s the bath which has all your basic necessities. So don’t worry about packing those toiletries. Guest access You will have complete access to the lower level of the house. The upstairs owners area will be inaccessible. On occasion and for longer stays there will be the option to use the washer and dryer for an additional fee. Other things to note There is designated street parking on the left side of the property (not in front of the house or carport) in front of the lit pathway. Since this is our primary residence, occasionally we will be on the property. We have two young girls that may be playing in an area of the backyard but we’ll make every effort to keep keep the noise to a minimum.
