Welcome to The Hibiscus! Our home sits in a quiet and safe neighborhood in the heart of Fayetteville. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or on a business trip, we have all you need to enjoy your stay! The space Our single-level home is fresh, bright and clean. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a walk-in closet, a dresser, a storage shelf and a dedicated workspace features a desk and an office chair, perfect for your need of a quiet space for work or study. The full bathroom in the hall is a shared space. Personal care items such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Guests also have access to the half bathroom next to the kitchen. You’ll enjoy the convenience of the extra half bath. Guests will have LIMITED access to the kitchen. Microwave, coffee maker and toaster are available if you wish to use. Essential dishes (plates, bowls, mugs) and utensils are offered if needed. However, cooking is NOT allowed. Dining table seats six, you’re welcome to eat your meals in the dining room. Living room is unavailable to guests at this time. There’re multiple exterior security cameras on property to maximize the safety of our guests. Guest access Self check-in is easy with smart locks. Guests are to enter/exit the property through the front door. Guest parking will be on the right side, at the end of the main driveway. During your stay We’re pretty laid back and accommodating. We’re more than happy to offer any assistance if you need recommendations or resources. Our interaction with guests can be as active or minimal as desired. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and secure. Other things to note -Report any damages/issues to hosts immediately -Turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom when showering -Turn off lights and fans when not using -Lock all doors and windows upon leaving the property -Please follow the house rules and be respectful and courteous of other guests in the house
