Cozy little cabin on 20 acres with trails and pond. Two bedrooms, one equipped with a TV. Lovesac couch and swing/hammock in the living area with TV. Starlink internet and streaming services. YouTubeTV is provided! Kitchen fully equipped for meal preparation, 2 electric burners, toaster oven, toaster, drip coffee maker, coffee press, cream/sugar, tea, s’mores, charcoal grill (charcoal not provided). 20 full acres, pond & hiking trails. Prefer to communicate through the app. Cell service is spotty but Wi-Fi is mostly reliable. Well maintained neighborhood, secluded neighbors and beautiful scenery. The cabin can be seen from the road. 4WD/AWD IS NECESSARY during icy and/or snowy weather, please plan accordingly. Park in front of cabin. There is a trail to the pond. This is not a road, no cars/trucks permitted. Hike at your own risk. Pet fee ($35 per pet/per night) is requested 3 days before arrival through the resolution center and must be paid before checking in. Please see House Rules for additional information!
