Peaceful semi self contained unit based in the rural outskirts of Rotorua (20 minutes drive from Rotorua ). The unit sleeps 4 people comfortably with two queen beds. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Suitable for everyone who enjoys a quiet rural environment and fresh air. Own Private courtyard on one side and access to shared BBQ and Spa area on the other side. Grass Tennis Court available if you enjoy a game. The space The unit is well insulated, double glazed and has a heat pump in the main room. With its own entry is via a fenced grassed court yard and private deck the unit has views over grassland and garden. ` We live on a 90acre drystock block with dairy stock grazing. Stock range in age from calves to cows depending on the time of year. We have a large section and guests are welcome to wander around. Guest access Upon arrival, you will be provided with a key to come & go as you please and either a code for the electric gate or a fob to open. We prefer to be here to meet you upon your arrival & just ask if you can let us know your approx arrival time. Other things to note A place where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the sights & attractions of Rotorua. The Redwoods Forest is a 15 minute drive away with numerous walking trails & world class mountain bike trails. Several lakes for water based activities are a 30 min drive. The Waikato River trails at Atiamuri are just 20 minutes away and Taupo 45 minutes drive away. We can advise on local cycle trails and activities if you want more information.
