It is just 10 minutes walk into the centre and the race course! The space This first floor apartment offers a spacious and modern living space sleeping 1/4 guests comfortably. The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine and all the cutlery and crockery that you will need. The luxury bed and bedding which we use in all our apartment's never fails and the king size bed will make it perfect for a great night's sleep. We have recently fitted a new shower room which all our guests seem to love! The large 3/4-seat sofa in the living room is a great place to relax or watch the smart TV. There is plenty of hanging space for clothes and a decent sized chest of drawers. There is a designated space for working and high speed WiFi is included. We have tried to think of everything that you will need from irons and mirrors to soap and shower gel, Towels, tea, coffee and milk. When you arrive you can drop your bags have a cuppa and relax. We are sure you will enjoy your time in this lovely space. Jono and Brooke Guest access You will have access to all areas of the apartment during your stay. There is free parking front and rear. The rear space is tight so better to park at the front. Other things to note The home has a device that monitors noise levels and temperature to keep our guests and neighbours happy and comfortable. There is a £25 surcharge for the use of the sofa bed and bedding unless you book for 3 or more in which case it is included in the price.
