The house has everything to feel at home, including a separate workspace, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with 65-in smart TV with built-in streaming apps, dining room, and washer/dryer. When you walk in, the separate workspace is to your right, with a nice view to the front yard. This space can be enclosed with French doors and a pocket door. Straight from the foyer is newly redone kitchen with custom made black walnut cabinetry and convenient island. You will find everything you need to cook here, including the built-in air fryer in the oven. The living room has two arm chairs and a sectional that comfortably fits 5, as well as a pub table for snacks. The Samsung 65-inch Smart TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, YouTube TV, Prime and most streaming apps. **Guests will need to use their own login. The elegant dining table comfortably seats six, with a charming bay seat window. This opens to the mudroom to store your boots and hang your coats. There is also convenient half bath here. Upstairs you will find the full bath with a shower/tub, vintage vanity with sink, magnifying mirror, and toilet. The shower tub has a safety handle for stepping in and out of the tub. Bedroom #1 has a king memory foam mattress, along with extra blankets if needed. On each side of the bed are reading lights and a nightstand with chargers. There is also a closet, and armoire and a dresser for plenty of clothing storage. Bedroom #2 has a queen mattress, individual reading lights above the bed and nightstands with USB chargers. There is also an close, armoire, and dresser for clothing storage. Bedroom #3 has a twin trundle bed with two twin mattresses, and a glider for rocking. There is a dresser and a closet for storage. The backyard has a stone patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining for six. Guest access Guests will be able to access the washer and dryer in the basement. Please note we are located in a historic, safe neighborhood in Poughkeepsie where the houses are near one another. The backyard is not fenced in and we respect the privacy and tranquility of the neighborhood. While we invite guests to enjoy eating al fresco in the back patio and grilling, we ask that they primarily use this area. So as not to disturb the neighbors, we ask that there be no loud music or loud noises outdoors.
