The space The spacious one bedroom suites comfortably sleep four guests and range are approximately 612 square feet. You will appreciate the convenience of a washer/dryer in each suite. Plus, a whirlpool tub (only available in some suites), dining area, and TVs throughout are added comforts designed to make your stay more enjoyable. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada 89169 Check-in: 4pm • Check-out: 10am • You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. • A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. • The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. • Pets are not permitted. • Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. Please be advised that reservations do not include daily housekeeping, however the state of Nevada mandates that starting on 8/31/2020, Wyndham provides daily housekeeping (a full clean service for a fee) for the duration of your stay. You have the option to decline the daily housekeeping at check-in. If you decline, you will not be charged for daily housekeeping at check-in. • The cost of daily housekeeping varies by room type as follows: $75 per night for a 1 bedroom suite.
