This place is fantastic for big groups. The home can sleep up to 10 guests. The neighborhood is fabulous - you can walk to the Van Aken Shopping District for local goodies, fun dining spots, shopping, and more! Cleveland's major hospitals are around a 5 to 15 minute drive from this home. This home has 3 floors, and you'll have the ENTIRE home to yourself. Consider it one big home for you and your group! The first floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sun room. One queen and one full bed. The second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, dining room, living room, and porch. One queen and one full bed. The third floor: 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. One of the bedrooms has a full bed, and the second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Each floor is connected by a staircase. Washer and dryer (non coin operated) in basement. Huge parking lot and a detached garage. No more than 5 vehicles can park in the driveway/garage. Pet friendly. AC units set up during the summer. Guest access Laundry facilities are located in the basement (non coin operated). There is a 3 car detached garage and plenty of driveway space. You can park on the street during the day and early evening, but cars must be in the driveway overnight. Other things to note Please note that for any guests who book a stay between 30-59 days there will be a built-in $800 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. If you surpass that cap by more than $25 you will need to reimburse us for overage using a credit card on file. Guests who book a stay of 60 days or more are subject to reimburse us directly for utility usage EXCEPT Wifi. IMPORTANT =>>> This is an older house located in a wooded area of Cleveland Heights. It's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice around the neighborhood. Rest assured we do a very thorough cleaning before each guest arrives and take all precautions to ensure that pests do not enter the house. In the RARE EVENT that you happen to see a mouse inside the house, PLEASE ALERT LINDSEY RIGHT AWAY AND WE WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. Laundry facilities are located in the basement - guests must be comfortable using stairs to get to the basement. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m. Please move your car into the driveway or garage to avoid getting a ticket! NO MORE THAN 5 CARS ALLOWED IN THIS HOUSE! A few notes about the house... 1. Unless there is more than 3 to 4 inches of snow accumulated in ONE DAY, we do not provide snow removal. We provide tenants with snow shovels to use incase of snow during your stay. If there is more than a few inches of snow, our crew will be there by their earliest convenience to remove the snow from your driveway and other entryways. We strongly recommend guests to check the weather forecast ahead of time prior to your arrival in case a few inches of snow are set to be in Cleveland. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. 3. Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. AC units are provided during the summer season.
