The space This amazing space is located above The Blue tractor one of the finest BBQ/Brew pubs in downtown Ann Arbor. The loft has plenty of room to sprawl out in the 1600 sq ft unit. Bedroom 1 is a very large room with 2 king beds, bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed, the space sleeps 6 very comfortably, and the living room has a sofa sleeper which could sleep an additional 2. There is plenty of floor space for an air mattress if you bring one. The loft is in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and there can be residual city noise, each room has noise machines with several different settings available for your comfort. Guest access Entire space is open, but the back door is for emergency egress only. Other things to note Dedicated parking is 2 blocks away for an additional cost of $20 per day. It’s the cheapest overnight parking in Ann Arbor. There is also a parking structure 1/2 block away that is $29 per day, along with metered parking out front on Washington St.
