Upstairs is an open loft area, two bedrooms and one full bath. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other is setup with a twin bed and a full bed. It is a great set-up for a multi-generational family. The large patio off the living room allows for outdoor dining and socializing all while enjoying ever-changing tides. The house is situated at the end of a private road with an additional 1.3-acre undeveloped property next door that includes a private trail to the water for even more views. The neighborhood also has private access to Lamoine Beach just a short walk from the house. Lamoine Beach is great for swimming and beach-combing with views of the Acadia mountains.
