Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The second story of this lovely old High-set Queenslander is fully self contained with three bedrooms, kitchen bathroom, lounge and deck. In the evening sit out and watch the sun go down. In the morning enjoy a brisk short walk around the 2 acres and say "Good Morning!" to Grunter and Gurney. Set off each morning to explore the beautiful Lockyer Valley or spend a day taking in the rich history of Ipswich. The space We have an older style high-set Queenslander with three queen size beds. The kitchen is open and roomy with gas stove, microwave and air fryer. Enjoy the odd antiques placed here about, especially the array of old glass clocks in the lounge. Outdoors you will see our friendly but shy Alpacas (Grunter and Gurney) wandering around. They do not spit. Guest access You have free the complete top floor to yourselves and you can access the surrounding yard at any time Other things to note We try to meet and greet all our guests however more private arrangements can be made.
