The space For the comfort of our guests, the apartment features: - integrated, mobile and air-conditioned environments; - Studio with a double bed, double sofa, wardrobe, TV, and integrated kitchen; - American style kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and utensils; - 1 social bathroom; - 1 covered parking space. Attention: the images of the apartment are of a similar unit, the view may vary. NOTE: The building does not have luggage storage. NOTE: The condominium provides an electric vehicle charger, available for a fee. * ATTENTION: Facial registration is required to gain access to the condominium and use the garage. * A bath towel per guest and a face towel per bathroom are available, as well as sheets for the amount of guests indicated, layette changes can be requested at the amount of half cleaning fee. * The cleaning included in the value is performed only at checkout. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
