Basement apartment

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The space The apartment is located in the basement, but is very bright due to the large windows. The apartment is suitable for two adults with or without a child. There is a double bedroom and a single bedroom in the living area. (The spiral staircase in the photo is without function) After the water damage caused by groundwater in January 2024, the apartment is now freshly renovated and chic and beautiful again. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance via a staircase in the basement through our beautiful garden paradise.
