We are in the newest part of Woodland, close to a long walk/jog/cycling path. Stable, respectful, independent yet friendly professionals live here. We are health-careful & CLEAN—you must be the same. The bedroom, PRIVATE BATHROOM closet is spacious! The kitchen is stocked w/essentials, Great back yard, bike storage, and tons of street parking. No shoes/dirty socks/dirty feet. No smoking/vaping/burning No guests The space You are welcome to use the kitchen, living and dining areas as well as the back yard. Guest access All of the common area is yours to enjoy, including full kitchen and dining room privileges. There are 2 full sized refrigerators, 2 washer/dryer sets, the primary one downstairs is available 24 hours. The spacious and private back yard has eating and sitting areas. The bbq is awaiting your use! There is a TV in the family room, as well as one in the master, with Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO+—all free shows for your enjoyment. For the fitness buffs, Les Mills and weights are located under the giant ceiling fan. We are quiet, friendly, accommodating, and clean. If you are looking for a safe, serene, clean space this is it! During your stay I am always available via text message, and often available in the home Other things to note * Our neighborhood has the newest internet technology available, and we have the best plan, suitable for working, studying, and relaxing at home. * Our home is clean and set up for shared living. In order to keep it the beautiful, clean, and ready-to-work space that we all need, there are no shoes in the house and all residents are expected to clean up after themselves always. * Bedrooms are to be kept in clean condition, respectful of the property and surfaces and of the residents/future residents. * Each guest has designated spaces within the kitchen and bathroom. * Appliances/countertops/etc and all common spaces must be clean, clear of guests belongings, and ready to for the next user. * We keep our home close to PG&E recommended settings and open windows when the evenings allow * No smoking/vaping/burning of candles oils, etc on the property. * Eating in the bedrooms is discouraged, and there is no storing food in the bedrooms. * Short term (less than 6 months) residents are to have no guests in the house. (rare pre-arranged & registered exceptions)
