Very close to all local amenities and the vibrant Curry Mile, just a few minutes walk away from the University of Manchester and the city center. I’ve had doctors who have booked my place to take their plab 2 test. Either you are on a city break or travelling for a business trip this is the ideal place for your stay. I am extremely friendly and enjoy socialising with people from all walks of life. The space Spacious and comfortable single room with a wardrobe, study desk and smart TV with Netflix access. All the communal areas are always clean and tidy and you can enjoy watching TV in the lounge area and make your own coffee/tea, microwave or cook your very own food in the kitchen. There’s tea, coffee, sugar and spices available for short stay guests. Guest access Access to all communal areas and kitchen. Free on-street parking is available but it should be arranged with the host in advance. Numerous retailers and eateries are located in the vicinity. During your stay I’m always available for any help you may need. I have a very good knowledge of the city so please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. Other things to note Fantastic public transports nearby to go to different parts of Manchester. Please don’t change any device settings, eat your food in the kitchen/diner and wash the dishes straightaway. Rubbishes must be separated and placed in the correct bin for recycling purposes. Gusts staying for more than a week should contribute in maintaining the cleaning of the common areas. Any food or fruits must be kept in closed containers to avoid cross contamination. Guests can use the washing machine and dryer minimum two days after their arrival and only once a week. Free on-street parking is available but it should be arranged with the host in advance.
