Private garden annexe with kitchenette

Down a quiet fen lane you'll find our peaceful private annexe room which is separate from the main house. There is a shower room and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, tabletop hob and TV. Nice views of the garden. Underfloor heating throughout. We're on lovely cycle routes and dog walk. We have secure storage for bikes if you need it. The space Modern annexe room, separate from the main house. Although we are out at work/school during the week please expect them to use the garden to play at the weekend. We will ensure they're not unacceptably noisy or out too early, but they are children (4, 7 and 9.) Please note Rocky and his hens live in a secure area in a separate garden. Rocky is a cockerel and is vocal in the morning. The WiFi is not perfect as we just use a minihub. Please be aware of this when booking.
