Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Our home is 1 block away from the art district filled with great restaurants. Very close to the race track and SPAC (1.9 miles for each site). Pets are negotiable. The space Located in the historic West Side of Saratoga Springs, we have brought back to life a home built in 1881 by a railroad employee and functioned as a boarding house for the employees of the great hotels. The home now features, wide plank flooring, a wide open kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family, 4 bedrooms, sun room and 3 custom modern bathrooms. The back yard is a ½ city block deep and there is ample parking. Beautiful back patio, vegetable and perennial gardens. Easy walk to all the art district has to offer. Available for the season. Guest access The house and back yard is available to guests. The garage is secured. Other things to note The grounds are yard and outside grounds are maintained every 1-2 weeks.
