Private room w/ private bathroom

Private bedroom with comfy queen size bed, with private bathroom outside of bedroom but only for your use. Guests have access to living area downstairs including kitchen, 2 dining rooms and living room. The house is in a peaceful location on a cul-de-sac. We are about half an hour from Poconos, Kalahari waterpark, Camelback ski resort, Delaware watergap for water rafting and kayaking, and 15 minute from plenty of hiking trails including Mt Tammany. Guest access NOTE that the hosts (my family and I) live in the house. The living area, i.e., kitchen, dining rooms (2) and living room are shared. Airbnb guests have a private bathroom along with the bedroom. Other things to note Late check-out after 11am will be charged a late check-out fee of $30
