Rustic 1 bedroom cabin w screened in porch, charcoal grill, fire pit, and picnic table, located right off Herring Creek, 1 assigned parking spot included, can sleep 6 ppl *You could be assigned to cabins 2, 3 , 4, or 5 depending on availability! The space 1 bedroom cabin w screened in porch. This compact cabin has 1 bedroom with a 1 queen size bed and in the living room, you will have a set of twin/twin bunk beds, and a full-size futon. The kitchen has a full size fridge and two burner stove top for cooking (no oven)! Bathroom has small stand up shower. Each cabin has a grill, fire pit, and picnic table for their own personal use! Beds are made upon your arrival and there is a starter roll of toilet paper, and trash bags. Please bring extras for a longer stay. Cabins do not get daily maid service.Towels are provided in the unit in off-season from Labor day till mid-May. You do have to bring your own towels if your stay falls between mid-May and Labor day.   The cabin is located on shared property with other units! On the property there is a pier and dock for fishing and crabbing, a volleyball net, a basketball hoop, outdoor seasonal swimming pool, seasonal beach shuttle to ocean city (must sign up in office)! If you are traveling with your dog (only dogs allowed, no other pets), there is a one time $75 pet fee that is payable at the property. Guest access You will have up to 1 assigned parking spot. It is by parking permit only. There is a shared seasonal outdoor pool w/lounge chair. We also have a shared children's play area, basketball net, volleyball net (you can sign out balls at the office). There is also a private dock and pier on the property, that is shared with other cabin/motel guests, for you to use if you wanted to do a little relaxing by the water, fishing, or crabbing. Shuttle service to OC available on site from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Kayak rentals on-site via FIN App for smart phones (seasonally). Other things to note All guests must be at least 21 to reserve. Sorry! We do not accept ANY Senior week/ Grad Week reservations. We are a family friendly establishment with kids around so quiet time from 11pm till 8am daily. Please be respectful of the other guests around you and no loud music, especially during the posted quiet hours. Also, we are DOG FRIENDLY only in the cabins. There is an additional one-time pet fee of 75.00 if bringing dogs. We do allow a MAXIMUM of 3 small OR 2 medium OR 1 large dog per cabin. Please be sure to let me know when reserving if you plan on bringing your dogs and add them to your reservation! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
