We have neighbors who are year round, please respect their property and respect the serenity and quiet. Road is dirt, winter months can be difficult during heavy snow. Our driveway is stone, so we do not plow snow under 3" as it rips up stone :) Other things to note Quiet and serene. Yet a perfect jump off point for the wineries and breweries and everything the Finger Lakes offers. Keuka Lake, Canandaigua Lake, Seneca Lake, Naples NY, Hammondsport - all so close! In the winter we get LOTS of snow, so don't put your flip-flops on until you get inside :)
