Guest access Guest access through the front door using the keypad code. Other things to note No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowed inside yard or back yard. I prefer NO pets but willing to make an EXCEPTION if pet is well trained, doesn’t bark allot & doesn’t shed much. There is also a pet fee. The fee depends on the size of the pet. Bring a portable vacuum to clean any of your pet hair that sheds in the house. The pet fee DOES NOT cover cleaning pet hair. It covers having rug professionally shampooed after you check out & deep cleaning of the house. DRUNKENNESS & DRUG USE NOT ALLOWED.
