With panoramic views from the 'lookout' TV den, enjoy the evening sunsets across the stunning & uninterrupted Swillbrook Nature Reserve - a site of special scientific interest (SSSI) - allowing nature & wildlife to thrive. The space POLITE NOTICE: PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE STRICTLY UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LARGE PREDOMINATELY ALL ADULT PARTIES, UNLESS THE PARTY IS MULTI-GENERATIONAL and/or MULTI GENDER GROUP. SORRY NO HEN/STAG GROUPS GROUND FLOOR: A large, beautiful lodge towers up before entering this spectacularly designed home. The porch leads into the hallway, which has an area to sit and remove sandals and pool bags. A large utility / boot room to the right also offers a separate side entrance from outside, allowing wellies and coats to be removed with peace of mind. The well-equipped and appointed kitchen flows to the large breakfast bar that is set in the centre of the large open plan ground floor. The huge atrium that hangs above the breakfast bar runs right to the very top of the house - with a stunning full-length side window that is 3 storeys high (this must be seen!) filling the entire home with natural light and creating different ambiences throughout the day as the sun rises and sets. Full length and height glazed doors open fully to allow an extension of the home and out onto the large ground floor decking, that provides privacy and epic views of the nature reserve and beyond. Alfresco dining for all is accompanied by a beautiful outdoor corner sofa with cushions and swinging parasol. FIRST FLOOR: The first floor has 3 of the lodge's 4 bedrooms. Both the first floor and second floor landings have a seating area next to a large feature window that looks out across the vast atrium space, filling the space with light and allowing for a cosy spot to read a book and escape from the world. The primary bedroom offers a super-king bed, integrated wardrobes and a large ensuite shower room (all the bathrooms have been finished to the highest of quality). The views from bed are just stunning, with fully glazed floor to ceiling panoramic views of Swillbrook Lake and beyond - a private balcony with bistro set for two is our favourite spot to slip away for a morning coffee. A king room with a further ensuite shower room, and a twin bedroom with two full size single beds complete the first floor, alongside an additional large family bathroom with bathtub and shower above. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes providing lots of hanging space. SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has a further twin bedroom with integrated wardrobes and an adjacent - but private - shower room. Saving the best until last, the room of all rooms - 'The Lookout'. A simply stunning relaxation snug with the most breath-taking, uninterrupted views of Swillbrook Lake and the SSSI nature reserve through the fully glazed wall of glass that frames the Cotswolds landscape perfectly - with views for miles and miles. Stunning! Built in 2021, The Lookout has been raised above its neighbouring properties to allow for even more enviable views across the lake and nature reserve. Guest access You will have the entire home during your stay. All guests will receive full rental access to the Luxury Spa for the full duration of their stay, included in the cost of their holiday - only a short walk from the property. Upon booking, you will receive a welcome email from us which includes a unique 'guest portal' and a detailed 'Journey to Arrival' PDF - a document created to assist and help plan your stay with us; including places to eat, places to visit, things to do and our FAQs. 14 days prior to your arrival day you will receive a further email (double check your spam / junk folders) which will include your 'cheat sheet'. This provides you with directions, a map, and codes to access the Estate and your property. Other things to note The Spa, swimming pools and gym are shared facilities with the other properties on Lower Mill Estate. Facilities on the Estate, including The Lower Mill Spa, Ballihoo, Soft Play, and others, are managed and operated by third parties and we have no control or influence on their availability and/or prices offered.
