Retreat W/Hot Tub, Fireplace, & Billards!

Forget your worries in this spacious and cozy home surrounded with nothing but nature. Your friends and family will have a great time as there are so many things and attractions to do. We are located inside a private community that offers an outdoor pool, accessible lake, and play ground/Sports grounds. But not far away has some of the best attractions/resorts such as Kalahari, Camelback, Mount Airy, and much more! So just kick back and relax and have a wonderful stay. The space Cozy and Comfortable and lots of space and natural light thoughout the home. Newly installed is a 75" Android TV, where you can access all your favorite streaming services such netflix, prime video, Pluto TV, Hulu, Disney plus and much more. Just login to the service you like but remember to log/sign out and the end your stay! There is also a surround sound system for when watching movies or maybe just bluetooth some music. Everything will be connected. The kitchen will have all the essentials needed for cooking or baking. There is even an air fryer for those healthy dishes if needed. On the counter you will also see a hot water electric heater along with a Keurig. There will be complementary tea & coffee to get you started. There is a screened/meshed outdoor room to help keep the bugs out while still enjoying outdoors, however in the winter time it can get cold in that room but you will have access. From that room you will be able to access the outside BBQ grill or even the outside patio set and wood burning fire pit. There will be wood provided for the outdoor fire pit, please only use what's needed and keep the meshed cover on when in use to avoid any burning wood from pitching out. Back in the house you will access to the washer and dryer but the closet to the right of the washer will be locked as that is our supply closet. Another closet that will be locked is upstairs in the master bed room. The closet to the left is also our supply closet. From the master bedroom you will also have access to another outdoor deck. But will be closed for the winter. Newly added is our Game Room which offers a pool table, TV and Soundbar. The outdoor fire pit on the deck is available for use and will have wood provided also. Please only use what's needed. When using the fire pit, please keep on metal mesh cover to help stop any burning wood from pitching out. When you are finished and it's fully cooled down please put back the outdoor cover on it. If you plan to come off the deck and explore the back. Please be careful as the grounds are very rocky and uneven. Trips and falls can occur if you're not careful . It is recommended for children not to play in that area and be supervised at all times.
