The space Our listing features a 2-bedroom/1-bathroom cozy home with a spacious living and dining area. The side and back yards feature a relaxing outdoor area that can be accessed through the sliding door in the dining room or through the laundry room in the back. Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattresses and comfortable bedding for a relaxing sleep. Technology offerings include high-speed internet, a Roku 4K TV, and keyless entry. The laundry room comes equipped with a new washer and dryer with complimentary detergent & fabric softener. There is a driveway that can fit 1 car comfortably. There is also free street parking for your convenience. Please see posted street signs for restrictions. While we hope you enjoy our home, please be advised that parties or events are NOT allowed. Noise must be kept low after 10 PM and any noise violations issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. Smoking or vaping of any kind is absolutely prohibited inside the home. If you do, any cleaning or furniture replacement costs will be deducted from your security deposit. Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests as follows: ---- Room #1 features 1 queen bed with a memory foam mattress (2 people max) ---- Room #2 features 1 queen bed with a memory foam mattress (2 people max) ---- Living Area features a futon couch (1 person max) Guest access You will have full access to the house, driveway parking, side patio and backyard; the garage is inaccessible as it is used as storage. Other things to note Check-in and property details will be provided 48 hours prior to your arrival. Check-in begins at 3 PM. No early check-in due to cleaning protocols. Check-out is at 10 AM sharp. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs.
