Rustic Camp In Nature

This rustic cabin is surrounded by 20 acres of nature with private walking trails. Perfect for a relaxing getaway for a small family or group. The bedrooms are small but the common areas are very spacious and comfortable! Wooded private setting with access to internet and a plethora of outdoor recreational activities in the surrounding area. 15 min drive to Embden Pond for swimming or boat launch access. About 35 minutes to Sugarloaf where you can golf, mountain bike, hike and explore the area! The space Upon entering from the deck, you'll walk into this rustic yet modern style cabin with an open concept layout on the first floor. This cabin is custom built with all the basic amenities to keep you comfortable, warm/cool and feel the privacy of the surrounding woods. Once you enter into our Rustic Cabin you'll be in the dinning/ living area. The kitchen is separated by a bar with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking and eating utensils, we have a gas stove and flattop grill for your use. The living room is small but has the option to relax either in our plush recliner or comfortable couch that does pull out into a full sized bed for more sleeping options. The first floor also has a bedroom off the living space with a queen sized bed and small dresser for storage. The bathroom on the first floor is a half bath. The back door leads you out to ample yard space for your furry friends, our fire pit and of course the hot tub! ( We do recommend bringing your own camp chairs for the fire pit. We provide firewood at this property.) The second level is where all three smaller sized bedrooms are located. The first two bedrooms have their own twin sized beds, and lastly the bedroom at the end of the hallway has a full sized bed. That bedroom does share the space for our washer and dryer which is available for guest to use anytime. Our full sized bathroom with a standup shower is located on the second level as well. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including the woods/walking trails behind the camp Other things to note House Rules: We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc. No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the house. Pet's are allowed (up to 2) for a one time fee of $50. We ask that you be mindful of your pets, we are happy to host them but please be respectful of the home and property! This includes keeping them off furniture if possible (if not, use a throw blanket or towel) and not leaving them unattended for long periods of time. We ask that you clean up their waste and dispose of it in the exterior garbage cans. IMPORTANT: If we feel the hot tub has been mistreated or misused we will charge $100 for any damages that occur during your stay (ex: excess amount of water loss, food/littering around the tub, etc.) We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.) We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host. No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental. Extra's: We have a propane grill on site and we DO NOT provide firewood for the outdoor fire pit as well. Please bring your own firewood and camping chairs for outside. Propane camp lights and wood stove inside are not in use at this time.
